Dr. Armando Luis Hassun was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut and raised in Miami, Florida. Dr. Hassun received his Bachelor in Science from the University of Miami with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He continued his studies at Nova Southeastern University and received a doctorate degree in Osteopathic medicine. Following his education, Dr. Hassun completed an internship at Long Beach Memorial Hospital in Long Island, New York and concluded his anesthesiology training at the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital. Pain Treatment Process
Procedures are chosen to fit the need of diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. After evaluation, the treatment of a patient with spine pain will most likely begin with epidural steroid injections. Back pain treatments may begin with epidural steroid injections and progress to facet injections, sacral iliac joint injections.
