Dr. Armando Luis Hassun
Dr. Armando Luis Hassun was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut and raised in Miami, Florida. Dr. Hassun received his Bachelor in Science from the University of Miami with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He continued his studies at Nova Southeastern University and received a doctorate degree in Osteopathic medicine. Following his education, Dr. Hassun completed an internship at Long Beach Memorial Hospital in Long Island, New York and concluded his anesthesiology training at the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Hassun has been a member of The American College of Osteopathic Anesthesiology, The American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, The American Society of Anesthesiology, The Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and has attended numerous cadaver instructional laboratories in interventional pain medicine, sponsored by ASIPP, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic. He has also served as an Assistant Clinical Professor for the Department of Surgery and Anesthesiology at Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Hassun has also recently completed a training with The West Virginia Society of Interventional Pain Physicians along with the WVSMA for Advanced Head and Neck procedures intended for Migraine treatment with Botox.
Dr. Hassun has limited his practice exclusively to interventional pain management for over fifteen years and holds Board Certification Certificates in Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
Dr. Hassun is an avid sports fan and enjoys boating along with spending time with his wife, Jackie, and their 4 children.
